Who are Lenze?
Lenze’s origins can be traced back to 1947 when Hans Lenze took over Stahlkontor GmbH in Hameln, Germany. By 1950 Lenze had created their first product, an innovative 3-phase AC motor which heralded the company’s entry into winding technology.
Rapidly expanding, in 1957 the Han Lenze KG machine company was founded, and during 1962 a new production plant was constructed in Groß Berkel, Aerzen Germany, solidifying their manufacturing legacy. Lenze evolved over the decades that followed to become a global leader in the design and manufacture of intelligent motor drive technology and integrated industrial automation product solutions.
