Kempston Controls acquires TEC Electric in Ireland

Kempston Controls is pleased to announce the acquisition of TEC Electric, the Irish electrical distributor, based in Clondalkin, Dublin. The deal, which was completed on the 28th of February 2020 will give Kempston Controls a base in the all-important EU market to run alongside its operations in the UK and the Middle East.

Richard Regan, Group Managing Director of Kempston Controls, said: ‘We are really excited about this new chapter in the history of these two businesses and I know both teams will try really hard to make it work for our customers and suppliers.
