Here at Kempston Controls we currently have over 800,000 parts available to order and access to a vast range of industrial automation products and while it would be great to stock all of these parts at once it’s unfortunately not a viable solution and that’s where our Request a Quote function comes into play.
Simple and easy to use, it follows the same initial steps as placing an order does. Whether your part is out of stock, price on request or the quantity you desire isn’t available, asking us for a quote can save you the headache of finding an alternative or having to search the internet to find what you need.

We have exceptional relationships with our suppliers meaning we have access to thousands of items not in our stock package. Our relationships extend to our customers too and the Request a Quote facility is another way we can maintain the exceptional customer service you’ve come to expect.
Step One:
To begin, find your item. The easiest way is to use the search box at the top of virtually every page on the website. Alternatively use the Product Categories to find your item.
Step Two:
Once you click on your item, you’ll be taken to a product page. Here you can see more information on the product, lead times and any other relevant information.
Step Three:
Regardless of stock levels, when completing a quote the item can be added to your basket. When you add an item to your basket a small popup will appear. This will provide some information on the item you have just added to your basket as well as next steps.
Here you can also select quantity – please note on certain items there is a minimum order quantity.
Step Four:
Once you’ve selected all your items, view your basket.
Step Five:
Now that you’re viewing your basket you can amend quantities and add comments to orders.
Please note: when requesting a quote you can include parts that are in stock and out of stock, the order will be treated as a whole.
Once you’re happy with your basket click the “Request Quote” button
Step Six:
If you’re already logged in, continue to the next step.
Already a Kempston Controls account holder, log in with your existing details.
If you’re a new user, register your details now to proceed with your order.

Step Seven:
You will be taken to a window showing an overview of your quote request and allowing you to add a ‘reference’ to link it back to your own records.
Once happy click the “Request Quote” button where a confirmation screen will be presented and our team will get back to you with availability, price and lead time as soon as possible!
